Who we are

This website belongs to That Crawl Space Encapsulation Guy, owned by Christian Olson, at 117 Meadowcliff Circle, Fairfield Bay, AR 72088. You can reach us at (501) 550-1115 or [email protected].

What we collect

• The contact form. Your name and phone number, plus your email, address or town, what you’re seeing and any message you choose to write.
• Phone calls. When you call (501) 550-1115, we see your number. Calls are recorded, and a voicemail you leave is saved with the number you called from. A text sent to that number is forwarded to Christian’s phone.
• Visits to this site. A visit counter that runs on our own site records the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location from your IP address, how far you scroll, taps on the call button, and a code that helps us recognize a return visit from the same device. It uses a first-party cookie.
• The map. The map near the bottom of each page is a Google Maps embed. Loading it sends your IP address to Google.

How we use it

We use it to answer your request, give you a written price, schedule and do the work, keep our business records, and see which pages help people. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Christian Olson sees it. The companies that run our website hosting, phone line and email handle it for us so those things work. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests, call records and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our business records. Visit records stay on our own server for as long as they help us run the site.

Your choices

Call or email us to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To stop the visit counter, block cookies and scripts from this site in your browser settings. The site still works without it.

Children

This site is for homeowners. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll post the change here and update the date at the top. This page was last updated November 5, 2026. See also our terms of use and accessibility statement.
